Ordering and Shipping information

Pickup is available at our Tasting Room at 9340 Station Rd, Trail, BC

There is no service charge and no minimum quantity is required. Orders placed by 2PM will be completed and ready for pickup by 5pm.

Delivery is available throughout British Columbia.

You can expect your wine to arrive within 3-5 business days.

***You must be of legal drinking age to accept the delivery of wine***.

***Please note that wine shipments will not be left unattended***.

Delivery is currently available on weekdays only through local delivery and with Canada Post of our local areas.

Our prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a difference in price shown online, the product description and display price in our store will be deemed the correct price. Product on hand at store level is a close estimate and customers who intend to visit the Columbia Gardens Winery location for a particular item are asked to please call the store in advance to confirm if the desired quantity is available.

Wine-Specific Conditions

Legal Requirements
You must be 19 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Columbia Gardens Winery in British Columbia, Canada.

Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires it to be received by an adult (a person 19 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Columbia Gardens Winery is not for resale, and are for personal consumption only. You must be of legal drinking age to accept the delivery of wine. Wine shipments will not be left unattended.

Credit Card Charges
Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Minimum Purchase
No minimum purchase is required for pick up, local deliveries or Canada Post shipments made within BC.

Wine is a Delicate Commodity
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Columbia Gardens Winery is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
